Order Cancellations

We are only able to refund a purchase either prior to shipping or upon its return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed by us. A return authorization number must be obtained from us in advance if patagro.com will be responsible for the shipping of returned merchandise. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will take the necessary steps to assist with any difficulties.
